  1. For kofta:Take a bowl put curd,panner and rest of all ingredients.
  2. Mix well take an amount dough give round shape fry into hot oil fry well.
  3. Heat a cadai put butter add onion paste keep statue then add ginger garlic paste fry until rawness left.
