  9. Prepare 2 inch of cinnamon stick.
  10. Prepare 3 of medium flower of mace.
  11. Prepare 1/4 of part of nutmeg.
  12. You need to prepare 3 of star anise or dagad phool or chakri phool.
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp of fennel seeds.
  14. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of coriander seeds.
  15. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of dried pomegranate seeds or anaardana.
  16. Prepare 6-7 of long pepper or peepli.
  17. You need to prepare 4-5 Pieces of stone flower or patthar ka phool.

  19. Prepare 1 tbsp of dry ginger powder or sonth.
  20. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of kashmiri red chilli Powder.
  21. Prepare 1 tbsp of red chilli Powder.
  22. You need to prepare 1 tsp of salt.
  23. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
  24. Prepare 1 tsp of turmeric powder.

  1. These are the total spices which we will grind make a fine powder and mix them all. This nihari Masala Powder will be sufficient for 2 1/2 -3 kg of meat. You can by all means add more or less according to your taste..
