Thandai Yogurt Mousse step by step
- Beat the whipping cream until having soft peak. Set aside.
- In a pan add milk and agar agar or gelatin and mix and bring it to heat. On low flame continue stirring until agar agar or gelatin is dissolved. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
