- Clean and wash the fish and keep aside. Chop the green chillies and ginger. Keep ready all grinding ingredients..

- In mixer grinder or wet grinder machine add all the ingredients listed in for grinding along with that add roasted ingredients also. With little water blend them in to smooth paste..
- Take a vessel then add ground masala then add chopped ginger, chopped green chillies,salt and water to adjust the consistency of the gravy..
- Turn on the stove and cook it on a medium flame till gravy comes to boil. Once gravy gets boiling add fish in to it. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Once fish is cooked. Turn off the stove..
- Serve the fish curry with hot rice along with some stir fried vegetables..
