- Take ghee in a pan and heat the pan..
- Add Dalia in the hot ghee and roast it till golden brown on low flame. Add water and salt as per taste and wait till the Dalia is cooked..
- Dalia is ready for the tempering. Finely chop all the vegetables and keep aside.
- Now again take oil in a pan and add cumin and fennel seeds to the oil..
- Now add the chopped onions to the oil and Sautee them ti Golden brown.
- After the onions are golden in color add green peas and cook till the peas are cooked.
- After the peas are cooked add turmeric powder and salt as per taste and stir it again.
- Now add chopped tomatoes to the mix and cook it for sometime.
- After the tomatoes are half done add roasted peanuts to the pan.
- Mix everything together and stir it till everything is cooked. Add cooked Dalia and mix it again.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and raisin.
