  1. Boil green peas and grind it to fine paste.
  2. Grind all dry fruits to fine powder.
  3. Take one Kadai put 100gmsghee and then add green peas paste fry it.
  4. When ghee ozes out add dry fruits powderfry it for few mins.
  5. When colour changes add Gulkad and milk powder mix it properlyfry for few secs.
  6. When ghee ozes out add jaggery or sugar mix it properly.
  7. When Jaggery dissolve turn off the gas your green peas halwa is ready.garnish it with dry rose petals.
