  1. Prepare 1 cup of basmati rice.

  10. Prepare 1/2 cup of coriander leaves finely chopped.

  12. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
  13. Prepare 1tbsp of jeera powder.
  14. You need to prepare 1tbsp of chilli powder.
  15. Prepare 1tbsp of garam masala powder.
  16. You need to prepare 1tbsp of rose water.
  17. You need to prepare 2tbsp of keser soaked milk.
  18. Prepare 1 of bayleaf.
  19. You need to prepare 4 of peppercorns.
  20. You need to prepare 1tbsp of jeera.
  21. Prepare 1 stick of cinnamon.
  22. You need to prepare to taste of Salt.
  23. You need to prepare 2tbsp of oil.
  24. You need to prepare 2tbsp of ghee.

Veg dum biryani directions

  1. Chop all veggies and cook the onion slices till golden brown..
  2. Soak rice for 15min and cook till 90percent with bay leaf, peppercorns, cinnamon..
  3. Fry potatoes to golden brown and cook other veggies to soft but not overcook..
  4. Heat ghee,oil in kadai add jeera and capsicum,green chilli,ginger, garlic paste and saute for a while then add other veggies mix well then add masala powder sand mix it after that add curd and cook for a while add salt,pudina powder, coriander leaves and mix it well..
  5. Now in a pan layer the cooked basmati rice on that add a spoon of kesar milk then prepared veggies repeat this till done top with brown onions and rose water close lid..
  6. Heat tawa and keep the pan and cook on sim to give it dum..
  7. After 5,7min veg dum biriyani is ready to serve..
