You need to prepare 1 tbsp of dry lemon grass (lily cha),mint powder.
Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice.
You need to prepare 1 tbsp of Jaggery.
You need to prepare 1 tsp of 🍯 honey.
You need to prepare 1 tsp of cinnamon powder.
Prepare 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
Prepare 2 of cloves.

Turn on gas, place a pan,boil 3 glass water in a pan,add carom seeds,fennel seeds,cinnamon powder,cloves,cardamom powder,black pepper powder,pinch asafoetida,dry lemon grass,mint powder,coffee powder, boil for 3 minutes..
Then add chopped mint leaves & basil leaves,grated ginger,grated green turmeric,mix well,boil for 10 minutes on medium flame,add jaggery,mix well.then add lemon juice mix all well.Turn off flame..
Then strain using strainer.serve hot in a cup..
