  9. Roll the pieces into smooth balls and put them into the baking pan. Arrange 6 balls around a central one to form a daisy. Cover with plastic and place it in a warm spot until it’s doubled in size..
  10. Dissolve sugar in water and brush the buns. Sprinkle with seeds while the dough is still wet, so that they stick..
  11. Bake in a preheated oven, at 200°C / 400°F, for about 35min, until a skewer comes out clean. Enjoy!.
