- Heat a tawa or skillet really well. Then wipe oil all over with a tissue. Then sprinkle some salted water and again wipe with tissue..
- Then pipe out small flowers with each colour. Flip when done from vase and cook the top side for a few seconds without browing the top..
- Similarly, make dosas with all the batters as per desired flower and leaves shapes..
