- You need to prepare 4 of (A).Eggs.
- Prepare 2 cups of Milk.
- You need to prepare 2 of Fresh mangoes squeezed juice.
- Prepare 3 tablespoons of Custard powder.
- You need to prepare 1 teaspoon of Cardamom powder.
- You need to prepare 1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence.
- Prepare of Sugar as per taste.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Rose essence.
- You need to prepare of Pistachios & strands of saffron.
- You need to prepare of (B).Topping it with strawberry jelly & desiccated coconut Powder to sprinkle over.
Well, you don't really need a premix. This mango pudding needs very few ingredients and a few minutes to make. This mango pudding is a light and delicious dessert that is also one of the easiest to put together. It's also dairy-free since it is made with coconut milk instead of whipping cream or regular milk.

- Let’s pick a blender long jar add in all ingredients mentioned from section A..
- Now blend it 4-5 times till everything is mix well.
- Now take a baking pan add in all the blended mixture tap the pan on the kitchen counter to release the bubbles or air in it.
- Now pick a large wok add water to it let it boil to very hot temperature then slowly set this baking pan in it using kitchen clip holder or gloves carefully.
- Then cover it & let it cook for five minutes on high flame then 20 minutes on low flame then check with a butter knife or toothpick if it comes out dry it’s done let it cook down to room temperature (making sure about two things here one is in the wok u are cooking water level must not reach the baking tin & second thing is do cover well the pan in which it has to be steamed with a lid or foil paper so that water must not drop in it).
- Besides prepare the jelly for garnishing I used strawberry flavored.
- Once it’s cool dish it out in the bowl u will be serving then garnish it with layer of jelly & desiccated coconut set it refrigerator for two hours so that it’s cool it will be just drooling mango pudding...!!.
