  1. Take ghee, condensed milk, milk powder, cardamom powder in a microwave safe bowl..
  2. Mix everything well and microwave it for 1 minute.Take it out and stir it and microwave again for 30 seconds. At this point the mixture looks lumpy liquidy..
  3. Once again take the mixture out stir well and give it another 30 second round. The mixture should be more dense but lumpy..
  4. Repeat this step for 2 more times but everytime take it out and stir it properly..
  5. Finally take it out and cool it for a minute and grease your palms and start rolling a lime size mixture in your palms..
  6. Finally with two finger tips roll it from top and shape it into modak..
  7. With the help of the fork make design at equal distance..
