- You need to prepare 1 tbsp of - ghee.
- You need to prepare 1 bowl of - Dry Makhana.
- Prepare as per need of Coriander for garnish.

- Take fresh lotus flower & remove its seeds and remove its outer shell as well.
- Take oil and sauté Garlic and onion in it till it becomes little brown and removed it..
- In the same oil take both the Chills and fry them..
- Remove the Chili’s and add the fresh lotus seeds add salt and turmeric powder and sauté it for 4-5 minutes.
- Take a mortal and pastel and make a fine paste of sauté onion garlic chilli and than for lotus seeds..
- Take a pan add 1 tbsp ghee and add phool makhana in it and roast well..
- Remove the makhana and in the same pan add both the paste and roast it well..
- Add water and let it boil for 1-2 minutes and add the makhana and stir it for another 2 minutes and it’s ready..
- Ready and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve with phulka/ paratha or steam rice..
