  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp of - Turmeric Powder.
  7. You need to prepare 1/4 tsp of - Kashmiri lal mirchi powder.
  8. You need to prepare as per taste of Salt.
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of - oil.
  10. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of - ghee.
  11. You need to prepare 1 bowl of - Dry Makhana.
  12. Prepare as per need of Coriander for garnish.

  1. Take fresh lotus flower & remove its seeds and remove its outer shell as well.
  2. Take oil and sauté Garlic and onion in it till it becomes little brown and removed it..
  3. In the same oil take both the Chills and fry them..
  4. Remove the Chili’s and add the fresh lotus seeds add salt and turmeric powder and sauté it for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Take a mortal and pastel and make a fine paste of sauté onion garlic chilli and than for lotus seeds..
  6. Take a pan add 1 tbsp ghee and add phool makhana in it and roast well..
  7. Remove the makhana and in the same pan add both the paste and roast it well..
  8. Add water and let it boil for 1-2 minutes and add the makhana and stir it for another 2 minutes and it’s ready..
  9. Ready and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve with phulka/ paratha or steam rice..
