  3. Now make small logs from the potato dough (small lollipops size) and keep aside..
  4. Now make 4-5 equal size balls from maida.
  5. . Take 1 ball and roll it like a chappati. & cut into long strips. About 3/4 inch in breadth. & roll it over the potato log..
  6. Use 2 strips for each log & deep fry on medium flame..
  7. Enjoy with sauce or chutney..
