  2. You need to prepare 1 1/2 cup of sona masoori rice.

  4. You need to prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
  5. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of ghee.
  6. You need to prepare of Whole spices (Cinnamon, cloves, stone flower, 1 tsp fennel seeds).
  7. Prepare 1 1/2 of onion thinly sliced.
  8. Prepare 1 of red chilli.
  9. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  10. You need to prepare 5-6 of stem coriander leaves.
  11. Prepare 3-4 of stem mint leaves.
  12. You need to prepare 1 1/2 of medium size tomato chopped.
  13. Prepare 3/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
  14. You need to prepare of Salt as required.
  15. Prepare drops of Few lemon.

Bottle Gourd Rice instructions

  1. Heat a pressure cooker with oil and ghee and temper with whole spices..
  2. Add onion and red chilli. sauté until it becomes very soft..
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until raw smell goes..
  4. Add coriander leaves and mint leaves. Sauté for few mins. Add tomato and sauté until it becomes soft. Add red chilli powder and salt..
  5. Add bottle gourd and sauté for few mins. Add water and mix it well. Add rice and finally add few lemon drops. Close the lid and pressure cook for 2 whistles..
  6. Serve with any raita..
