Ingredients of Hibiscus Thandai

  1. You need to prepare of Hibiscus 10 or 12 flowers. or Dry hibiscus flowers 1 cup.
  2. Prepare of Cinnamon sticks 2 ".
  3. Prepare of Mint leaves. 1o.
  4. Prepare of Mishri or honey.
  5. Prepare of paste of almonds and black pepper.
  6. You need to prepare of Juice of 1 lemon.
  7. Prepare of Basil 5.
  8. You need to prepare of water.
  9. You need to prepare of Grated ginger.

Hibiscus Thandai instructions

  1. Soak dry hibiscus flowers for 2 hours. If fresh flowers are there then no need to soak them..
  2. Add mint leaves,cinnamon stick,basil leaves and ginger paste..
  3. Boil for 2 mins..
  4. Seive the content and add mishri or honey..
  5. Add almond paste,mishri and juice of one lemon..
  6. Wao !!!.Cool red colour will emerge..
  7. Sprinkle black pepper and cinnamon pdr and garnish with mint leaves..
  8. Serve and drink..
