Ingredients of Shahi Paneer

  1. Prepare 200 gm of Paneer.
  2. Prepare 4-5 of Tomato big hybrid.
  3. Prepare 3 tsp of oil.
  4. Prepare to taste of salt.
  5. You need to prepare 2 of Onion medium.
  6. You need to prepare 100 gm of Fruit cream.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Haldi/Turmeric powder.
  8. You need to prepare 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
  9. You need to prepare 1 tsp of Coriander leaves.
  10. Prepare 8-10 of Cashews.
  11. You need to prepare 4-5 of Cardamom.

Shahi Paneer directions

  1. Take 4-5. Make a small cut on the back and front. Put them into water for boiling. For 10 minutes only..
  2. Take a pan put 40 gm butter in it. Fry onion cut in very fine pieces. After 2-3 min mix cashew in it..
  3. After 5 minutes mix salt and cardamom powder in it. Around 10 min your onions will be cooked..
  4. Now mix coriander and red chilli in it. After that mix boiled tomato in it..
  5. After 5 min mix 100 gm fruit cream in it and cook for 3-4 minutes. Now turn off the gas. Ater 5 minutes it becomes cold then put this into mixer and make a fine paste..
  6. Now put the paste into pan again for boiling add some water. After 3 minutes add paneer and further cook for 2-3 minutes. Your shahi paneer is ready. Serve hot..
