  2. You need to prepare 2 of chopped garlic.

  5. You need to prepare 1 of chopped tomato.
  6. Prepare 2 of chopped green chilli.
  7. You need to prepare 2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  8. You need to prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
  10. You need to prepare 4 tbsp of mustard oil.
  11. Prepare as per taste of Salt.
  12. Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped coriander leaves.
  13. Prepare 2 tbsp of frozen peas.
  14. You need to prepare 2 of chopped cherry.
  15. You need to prepare 2 tbsp of dry fruits.
  16. You need to prepare 1/2 cup of milk.

Masala Baingan Bharta directions

  1. Wash the baingan and cut it half till the stem and grease baingan with mustard oil..
  2. Roast it until it becomes soft..
  3. Peel the skin and remove the stem and keep it aside and mash it well..
  4. Take a pan add mustard oil and heat it up..
  5. Add cumin seeds fry it..
  6. Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes stir it and cook until the raw smell goes away..
  7. Add green chilli, peas, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cook it for 3-4minutes on medium flame..
  8. Then add mashed baingan, chopped cherry, dry fruits, salt and mix it well and cook it for2-3 minutes..
  9. After 3 minutes add milk mix well and cook for 3-4minutes and add chopped coriander leaves..
  10. Turn off the flame and serve it..
