- Ingredients required.. soaked kolam petals in water, shredded coconut, crushed Garlic, salt, sugar, black pepper corns.
- In a blender take shredded coconut, green chillies, pepper corns, and crushed garlic.. add some water and blend in to a puree.
- Strain the liquid through a strainer.Add some more water and blend it again and again repeat the process and extract coconut milk.
