4. Now add salt, cabbage, carrot & shredded chicken & saute for 2 mins.Keep it to cool down..
5. Once it is cooled,add mayonnaise, ketchup & mustard sauce & mix nicely..
6. Now pinch a ball sized dough & flatten it.Dust flour if required & roll slightly thickens.
7. Place a small katori or steel glass & wrap the dough.Prick with a fork..
8. Deep fry the katoris..
9. Now fill the katoris with the chicken mixture..
10. Garnish with coriander leaf or mint leaf..
