Ingredients of Panjiri

  1. Prepare 1 cup of Whole wheat flour.
  2. You need to prepare 1 tbsp of Sooji.
  3. You need to prepare 1/2 cup of Powdered sugar.
  4. You need to prepare 1/2 cup of Dried ginger.
  5. You need to prepare 2 tbsp of Ghee.
  6. Prepare 1 of +1/2 tbsp Gond.
  7. You need to prepare 5-6 of Almonds.
  8. You need to prepare 5-6 of Pistachios.
  9. You need to prepare 2 tbsp of shredded coconut.
  10. Prepare 5-6 of Cashew nuts.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of Musk melon seeds.
  12. You need to prepare 1/2 tbsp of Flaxseeds.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of Poppy seeds.
  14. You need to prepare of Few Rose petals.

Panjiri directions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.Roast gond until puffed & Take it..
  2. Add another tsp of ghee in the pan.Roast all the nuts, coconut, musk melon seeds and flax seed..
  3. When the dry fruits cools down.Grind them to make a coarse powder..
  4. In the remaining ghee, roast flour and sooji until golden brown..
  5. Remove it from heat and let cool. Once the flour mixture is cooled, add powdered sugar, dry ginger powder and ground dry nuts. Mix well..
