Cook maggi noodles and strain.boil beetroots and keep aside.take one cup paneer..
In bowl grate beetroot.add paneer chopped spinach, 1 pack boiled Maggi, corn flour,red chilli powder,maggi masala,salt, green chillies,mint powder.mix well.1 cup boiled Maggi keep aside..
Now take some boiled Maggi noodles. spread on board.make small balls of beetroot mixture and put on maggi noodles.roll and make cutlets..
Now heat oil.spread semolina in plate roll these cutlets in semolina and deep fry it on medium to high flame.once crisp take out and serve with sauce..
I have made some cutlets without coating of maggi noodles.that also tastes yum..
