Ingredients of Chia Lemonade
- Prepare 1 tsp of Chia Seeds.
- You need to prepare 2 Cups of Warm Water: To soak & bloom the Chia Seeds.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Fresh Lemon Juice.
- You need to prepare 2 tbsps of Honey.
- You need to prepare as required of Garnish: Sliced Lemon Roundels.
- You need to prepare 1 of Drinking Glass.
- Prepare 2 Cups of Water (Lukewarm): For the Chia Lemonade Drink.
Chia Lemonade instructions
- First of: Soak the measured Chia Seeds in about 1.5-2 Cups Water (RT/Warm), for at least 6-7 hrs time to bloom.
- Post it’s blooming: Strain it & add in about 1/2 tsp of the same in the Drinking Glass to drink the same- set aside & refrigerate the rest for 2/3 days to use it gradually the next day.
- Now, in the same drinking glass with the bloomed chia seeds: Add in 2 Cups Water (Lukewarm), add in the aforementioned salt, honey & lemon juice.
- Give it all a good stir- Consume it immediately or for later use of the day, whenever feeling exhausted & need be binged for...ENJOY.
